Your printing guide

Meet Rolando Fonticoba.

A thoughtful creative partner who helps small businesses turn a good idea into a clear, useful printed piece.

Experience that starts with the idea

Good printing begins with a better conversation.

Rolando Fonticoba is the founder of Tight Designs and a longtime creative professional who understands that the right printed piece begins before paper is chosen. As a Protégé to the Art Director for the Miami New Times, he learned how to turn a message into clear, memorable visual communication.

His creative roots in Miami's music culture gave him an appreciation for strong identity, rhythm and the small details that make a brand feel like itself. Today, he brings that perspective to small businesses, helping owners turn an early idea into a practical, polished marketing piece.

The questions most people skip

Rolando asks what a customer should understand first, where the piece will be seen and what someone should do next. He asks which details need to stay in print and which belong on a screen that can change. Those questions reveal whether a business needs a business card, flyer, brochure, sign, banner or a combination that works together.

You bring the business idea and the real-world context. Rolando brings the creative direction, print knowledge and patience to work through the tradeoffs with you. Together, you arrive at a piece that fits how the business actually works, not just what happens to be in a catalog.

A clear next step

Bring the rough idea, the piece you have been considering or the business problem you are trying to solve. A useful plan can start with a short conversation.

A helpful next step

Make the idea clear.

Tell Rolando what you are trying to accomplish, who needs to notice it and where it will appear. From there, you can choose the format and finish with confidence.
